My Process

Empathy and curiosity

When approaching a problem, simple or complex, I always seek to gather insights into a person’s motivations, context, needs, and pain points. It's a delight connecting with people, taking in new perspectives, and working to solve their problems. 

Breadth of methodologies 

Research is a messy process (see illustration). Depending on the perceived problem, I determine a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods, such as interviews and usability testing, to gather insights. I painstakingly pull data-backed, prioritized, and actionable solutions into a compelling narrative.
